5/26/2010 Release 4.3 has been implemented in SPARQ. Please see the table below for a list of enhancements included in this release. Also, the QPR Specifications and Import File and Edits Specifications have been updated to reflect changes implemented through SPARQ 4.3.
 
4/26/2010 We are pleased to announce that SPARQ is now available, and you are able to access your official Q3 QPRs for PY2009. Non-DCS submissions for the Q4 PY2009 QPR are also enabled.

SPARQ 4.3 is now available for your use. This new version of the system contains the following:

The most recent version of the table to determine whether a participant is assigned in an area of persistent unemployment ("Values by County, Years 2007-2009") has been added to the SPARQ Home Participant Search page and the "Waiver of Durational Limit" section of the enrollment screens in the WDCS.
